xdvik 22.40y のインストールログ

1. freetype のインストール

  VFlib で必要とのことなので、インストール。
  もっと新しいバージョンもあるが、VFlib 2 との組み合わせなので。

  gtar zxvf freetype-1.3.1.tar.gz
  cd freetype-1.3.1
  ./configure
  make
  make install

2. VFlib 2.25.6 のインストール

  xdvik に必要(?)なのでイオンストール。

  gtar zxvf VFlib2-2.25.6.tar.gz
  cd VFlib2-2.25.6
  ./configure
  make
  make install

  和文 TrueType フォントを /usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType にコピーし、
  そこで ttindex フォント名.ttc とする。

  cd  /usr/local/share/VFlib/2.25.2
  emacs vfontcap

3. xdvik-22.40y のインストール

  もっと新しいバージョンがあったがパッチとの関係でこれをインストール。

  gtar zxvf xdvik-22.40y.tar.gz
  cd xdvik-22.40y
  gzcat ../xdvik-22.40w-j1.17.patch.gz | patch -p1

  このまま --with-vflib=vf2ft をつけて make すると ft2build.h がないと
  言われるので、いったんはずして ./configure; make してその後元のままの
  ./configure をする(--x-includes は VF.h を見つけるため)。

  ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/teTeX --disable-multiplatform --x-includes=/usr/local/include
  make

  ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/teTeX --disable-multiplatform --with-vflib=vf2ft --x-includes=/usr/local/include
  make
  cd texk/xdvik
  make install

  (こうすると texmf.cnf が上書きされない。)

  cd /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/xdvi
  emacs vfontmap

  Ryumin-Light-J     min
  FutoMinA101-Bold-J min
  GothicBBB-Medium-J goth
  FutoGoB101-Bold-J  goth
  Jun101-Light-J     min

  日本語 TeX ファイルを処理してテストしてみる。
