[準備] tcsh-6.06.tar.gz

1. tcsh の本体を展開

2. cp Makefile.std Makefile

3. Makefile を編集
   LIBES = -ltermlib -lsocket -lnsl

4. cp config/sol23 config.h

5. make

(xmkmf ではエラーが出る。(-lucb すると make できるが動作がおかしい))
