[FITS フォーマットとSTARSデータベース内フォーマットの対応表]

この対応表のねらいは、すばる FITS 辞書のフォーマットと、STARSデータベース内のフォーマットの違いを明確にし、桁数でどのような値をデフォルト、もしくはOBS(観測制御計算機)との通信エラー時などにキーワード値としてほうり込んでおくべきかを明示することにある。 FITS 辞書の場合と違い、STARSのフォーマットはなるべくデータベースの容量を削減するべく、このような方式を取らざるを得ないのが現状である。
本表は、FITS 辞書の項目からキーワード名(KeyWord)、カテゴリ(Category)、重要度(Importance)、フォートラン型フォーマット(FormatF)を抽出し、さらに各観測装置ごとのフォーマットを装置名の下に書き記したものである。
なお、この表は「WEB版すばる FITS 辞書」のページ(3.3.4 節参照)からも参照できる。
